The Yucca Leaf App separates the Yucca leaf into the following anatomical substructures: epidermis, collenchyma, parenchyma, and vascular bundles. Furthermore, it detects individual plant cells and allows for the spatial identification of cells within user-defined proximities to any anatomical structure. In addition, it categorizes the identified vascular bundles into different size ranges. The output includes the area of each anatomical substructure, the number of cells within each substructure, the number of identified cells in spatial context, and the number of vascular bundles in each size category.
