In Clinical Immunology, Kaneko et al. provide the first quantitative analysis of T-cell subset alterations in COVID-19 lungs and lymph nodes. Using TissueFAXS and StrataQuest, the team identified expansion of cytotoxic CD4+ T cells in severe cases.
