Analysis of fluorescent markers

TissueQuest provides three analysis modes:

  • Cell-based (nucleus, cytoplasm, membrane)

  • Stained areas

  • Small dots (e.g. FISH)

Context-based analysis can be done by manually drawing regions of interest. TMA can be detected and analysed on imported files.
