HIV Tissue Cytometry

Tissue Cytometry in HIV Research

In a recent study published in the journal Cell Press, Collins et al (Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard) were able to show key immunologic and virologic parameters of durable HIV control. For high resolution visualization of the virus, lymph node tissues were marked with HIV specific RNAScope probes and acquired using TissueFAXS Q.

Webinar TissueClassification

Webinar: From Tissue Classification to Proximity Measurement

In a webinar series jointly hosted by TissueGnostics and PreciPoint, useful tools for AI-assisted biomedical image analysis were presented. Topics covered are machine learning-based tissue classification, deep learning-based nuclei segmentation as well as high-content phenotyping and spatial analysis in stained tissue sections.

Keloid Immune Microenvironment

Comprehensive Spatial Analysis of Immune Cell Distribution in Keloid

In a recent publication in the MDPI - International Journal of Molecular Sciences, Rath et al (University Hospital Heidelberg) combine multiplexing, TissueGnostics’ image cytometry and in-depth data mining to characterize the immune microenvironment including spatial relationships within keloid lesions. Using this approach, the authors were able to nominate potential therapeutic targets.

Strata Quest Apps

Quantification of Vascularization in Tissue Sections

TissueGnostics’ StrataQuest Apps provide solutions for the comprehensive analysis of blood vessels within various types of staining (IHC, IF, HE, trichome etc.) and tissues. If you cannot find the perfect solution for your research question among our cytometry solutions, please contact us. TissueGnostics offers the development of customized Apps for your specific analysis needs.

Neutrophil Spatial Distribution

Spatial Neutrophil Distribution in Damaged Skeletal Muscle

Du et al published a study in the International Journal of Legal Medicine, addressing the spatial distribution of neutrophils in skeletal muscle contusion. TissueFAXS and StrataQuest were used to detect marker positive cells within the IHC processed tissue samples.
