Tissue Cytometry in HIV Research
In a recent study published in the journal Cell Press, Collins et al (Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard) were able to show key immunologic and virologic parameters of durable HIV control. For high resolution visualization of the virus, lymph node tissues were marked with HIV specific RNAScope probes and acquired using TissueFAXS Q.

Spatial Neutrophil Distribution in Damaged Skeletal Muscle
Du et al published a study in the International Journal of Legal Medicine, addressing the spatial distribution of neutrophils in skeletal muscle contusion. TissueFAXS and StrataQuest were used to detect marker positive cells within the IHC processed tissue samples.
