Biomarker Assessment in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
Kung et al. recently published a study, in the journal Cancer, evaluating the prognostic role of S100A9 (acting as chemoattractant for circulatory monocytes) in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma as well as its influence on PD-L1 expression. TissueFAXS PLUS and StrataQuest were used to assess co-expression of PD-L1 and S100A9 in human PDAC tissues.
