Detection of Nuclei within high density immune cell organs using the deep learning Deep Neural Network

TissueGnostics’ new deep neural network (DNN) was developed to handle nuclear segmentation in extremely dense tissue microenvironments with minimal user input. The example below was challenging for nuclear segmentation due to the high cellular density and non-homogenous chromatin distribution pattern.

This example shows a lymphoid organ stained with DAPI (blue) to detect the nuclei, an immune cell marker (yellow) and an epithelial cell marker (green).
