DETECTION OF PROGNOSTIC AND PREDICTIVE MARKERS IN COLORECTAL CANCER

Recently, research groups from Australia and New Zealand published a paper in Cancers addressing the predictive and prognostic role of SOX2⁺ cells in patients treated for colorectal cancer. The density of SOX2⁺ cells was assessed using TG’s digital image analysis software StrataQuest.
