The EN ISO 13485:2003 is a key standard for companies seeking to manufacture medical electronic devices. ISO 13485, published in 2003, is an important quality management standard and represents the requirements for a comprehensive management system for the design and manufacture of medical devices.

From the very beginning…

TissueGnostics GmbH focused on developing tools from researchers for researchers. Being close to the end user was the main creed of TissueGnostics founders Georg Steiner and Rupert Ecker as they started in the mid 90`s to develop the idea of digital image processing. Since then this creed was kept, as TissueGnostics developed equipment for researchers, hospitals and laboratories around the world.
